FAQs

Do you offer other types of coaching services?

Yes. In addition to coaching to help in relationships, I have coached people who have been working on launching and growing their business, and people who are looking to change their careers.

 

What do I do next if I would like some coaching?

Schedule a strategy call with me using the booking tool below. Choose a date and time that works for you. I am based in Australia - so time zone is in Australian Eastern Standard Time.

 

Is coaching available online?

Absolutely. I facilitate all my coaching and RTT sessions online.

 

Do You Offer An RTT Session On Its Own?

Yes. You can request just an RTT Session. There are many things RTT is effective with, so if you are curious if it's an option for you, schedule a call and I can answer all your questions.

 

What's involved in an RTT Session?

Once you've decided to proceed with an RTT session, the first step is an Intake Call. I'll ask you a specific set of questions about the presenting problem you want to change. We then schedule the main RTT Session which lasts between 90-120 minutes. How do I know if coaching is right for me?

If you have a willingness to learn and are motivated to make changes in yourself, putting in the time and effort to work on your goals - coaching is a great tool to support you with that. 

 

Do you coach couples?

Yes! Just not at the same time initially. So far, my clients have preferred to be coached within the safe space of talking openly about the challenges they are experiencing in their marriage, without their spouse on the call. The exception would be if a couple wanted to get clarity about their values and how those values could be leveraged to design a purpose-driven vision for their future together.
